The String Cheese Incident

For the past couple of days my friend Aliene and I have been trying out different brands of low fat string cheese. Here are the official results of the low fat string cheese taste test:

Jons Market brand
Als - it is tasteless and bitter...
Me - tastes like earwax!!! yuk!

Frigo Cheese Heads
Me - Rubbery consistency, bland neutral notes with slight tang towards the end
Als - I like it.. but anything is a step up from Jons' brand

Trader Joes
Als - the flavor is good, a lil more intense... I like the texture, just enough string cheese taste that I don't feel like it is low fat
Me - strings exceptionally well. I like the salty undertones

Unanimous winner: Trader Joes. Now go out and buy some today!
